Editor at South Asia Defence & Strategic Review and an Indian Army veteran. He brings deep domain expertise in doctrine, procurement, and the changing face of warfare, and anchors T4’s defence strategy, ethics, and governance.
Vineet Kumar
Cybersecurity leader and founder of CyberPeace. He has led large public–private programs on cyber hygiene, capacity building, and incident response, and steers T4’s agenda on cyber policy, digital trust, and societal resilience.
Jai Upadhyaya
AI expert and product builder with experience across ML systems, LLMs, evaluation, and MLOps. He leads T4’s work on responsible AI, turning research into usable tools and policy frameworks for government, industry, and the armed forces.
